By accessing or using ChatPlate, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Service Description
ChatPlate provides a platform for vehicle owners to communicate with each other using license plate identification. The service includes:
- License plate registration and verification
- Secure messaging between registered users
- Parking alerts and notifications
- Group communication features
3. Subscription Plans & Pricing
All subscriptions are auto-renewing and will be charged through your app store (Apple App Store or Google Play). You can cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings.
4. Fair Use Policy
Users must agree to use ChatPlate responsibly. The following activities are prohibited:
- Harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior
- Spam, phishing, or fraudulent activities
- Illegal use or activities
- Impersonation or false representation
- Distribution of malicious content
Offenders may be suspended or permanently banned without notice.
5. Liability
ChatPlate facilitates communication between users but is not responsible for the content of messages or the actions of users. We are not liable for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from the use of our service. Users are responsible for their own actions and communications.
6. Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes arising from the use of ChatPlate shall be resolved in the courts of Sacramento, California, United States.
7. Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account. Refunds are handled according to the refund policies of Apple App Store or Google Play. ChatPlate does not process refunds directly.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
