Zero-Tolerance Policy
ChatPlate has a strict zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We are fully committed to protecting minors from any form of harm, exploitation, or inappropriate contact through our platform. Any content or behavior that sexualizes minors or facilitates child exploitation is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.
Our Standards Against CSAE
ChatPlate prohibits the creation, distribution, or sharing of any content that sexually exploits or abuses minors (CSAM).
Our platform does not allow any grooming behavior, solicitation of minors, or attempts to establish inappropriate relationships with children.
We prohibit the use of our service to traffic, exploit, or abuse minors in any way.
Any user found violating these policies will be immediately banned and reported to law enforcement and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
ChatPlate cooperates fully with law enforcement investigations related to child exploitation.
Safety Measures & Enforcement
Detection & Prevention
We employ automated and manual review systems to detect and prevent any CSAE-related content or behavior on our platform.
User Reporting
Users can report suspicious activity or content directly through our in-app reporting system or by contacting our safety team.
Account Actions
Violations result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and referral to law enforcement when appropriate.
Data Preservation
We preserve evidence of CSAE-related violations to support law enforcement investigations as required by law.
Age Requirements
ChatPlate is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. Users under 18 are not permitted to create an account or use our services. If we discover that a user is under 18, we will immediately terminate their account. Parents or guardians who believe their child has created an account should contact us immediately at safety@chatplate.com.

If you encounter any content or behavior on ChatPlate that you believe constitutes child sexual abuse or exploitation, please report it immediately through one of the following channels:
