The driver you want to reach needs to use ChatPlate and have registered their plate. If they haven’t, the message can’t reach them.

People can reach you about your vehicle. They don’t get your phone number, and you decide whether to reply.

Yes. A message can only reach someone who uses ChatPlate and has registered the plate you search for. If the plate isn’t registered, you’ll need another way to solve the situation.
Your profile name, the plate the conversation is about and the messages you send. Your phone number is not shown.
Other ChatPlate users who search one of your registered plates. If someone bothers you, you can block or report them.
It means the plate is not registered in ChatPlate, so nobody can receive your message. Check the spelling, or use other means such as building management or local authorities if it’s urgent.
